Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results

No matter your goals, Atomic Habits offers a proven framework for improving--every day. James Clear, one of the world's leading experts on habit formation, reveals practical strategies that will teach you exactly how to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results.

If you're having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn't you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves again and again not because you don't want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change. You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. Here, you'll get a proven system that can take you to new heights.

Clear is known for his ability to distill complex topics into simple behaviors that can be easily applied to daily life and work. Here, he draws on the most proven ideas from biology, psychology, and neuroscience to create an easy-to-understand guide for making good habits inevitable and bad habits impossible. Along the way, readers will be inspired and entertained with true stories from Olympic gold medalists, award-winning artists, business leaders, life-saving physicians, and star comedians who have used the science of small habits to master their craft and vault to the top of their field.

Learn how to:
  • make time for new habits (even when life gets crazy);
  • overcome a lack of motivation and willpower;
  • design your environment to make success easier;
  • get back on track when you fall off course;
...and much more.

Atomic Habits will reshape the way you think about progress and success, and give you the tools and strategies you need to transform your habits--whether you are a team looking to win a championship, an organization hoping to redefine an industry, or simply an individual who wishes to quit smoking, lose weight, reduce stress, or achieve any other goal.

    “As a physician attempting to help my patients build healthy habits to decrease and reverse chronic disease, Atomic Habits is the playbook I have been searching for. Not only does the book offer actionable items I can teach my patients, I can refer them to read and implement the ideas themselves. The format is powerful and simple. This should be taught in all medical schools.”

    I genuinely enjoyed listening to this audiobook. (which also happened to be my first) Although English is not my first language, I found the reading by the author very clear and well-structured. I also find it very easy to navigate.

    As an eternal procrastinator, this book offered me a fresh perspective on habits and their power that I didn’t truly realize. What I like the most about this book, is how action-oriented it is. It is full of tips that everyone can apply immediately in their daily life.

    The only negative part is that I didn’t find the pdf resources the author mentioned in the book. Else it is great!! I feel motivated to put some of the advice of the author into practice. 😊

    Motivational and very well-structured book!

    This is a great book for people wanting to start good habits and stop bad habits. But the most important thing for me is to create a habit tracker (an app on your phone and its done if u keep it sacred).

    Reading it is nice but acting do the real work !

    So I was getting to the end of the audio book feeling unsatisfied. I was seriously thinking about giving a midd (or bad) rate.
    But no, at the last chapter of the book James talk about the most important aspect of habits (for me) : being prisoner of its own good habits. It was short, and I would have loved more insights about that part. But it gave me enough to help me go through certain aspects of my life.

    I was going to give a bad rate until...

    This book is perhaps not the most scientific approach to habits and it doesn't cover that many aspects. It instead proceeds to give many (little too many) examples to each statement. moreover the statements seem quite logical and easy. For example there's a moment where the author says that we should make our habits attractive and gives examples and thorough explanation. Then he proceeds to state that we should make bad habits unattractive and gives so many examples. that's personally too much explaining for me. I like the books to be more concise.

    however the content that was presented was of a very high quality and I would still recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve his life.

    Good book, but not groundbreaking in my opinion
