A very interesting book. A lot to process but it definitely makes a lot of sense. It a ressource to go back to and to listen to multiple times I think.
In a broader sense this applies to adults too I think. After listening to this I realised that myself I was very peer oriented at some moments in my life and these relationships were unhealthy. So it was eye opening really. A good read for any parents or adults that wants to work on attachment.

The book is not easily accessible for rare readers. But it has so much to learn you and to share with you that everyone should do this effort. Just try and listen.
The longer you wait, the bigger your kids become the less it’s advices will serve you. You will only regret for not having had had it before or sooner.
