Nicola is a Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, Clinical Specialist Mental Health Nurse, and Mindset Coach.

Nicola is the owner of Brainworks Therapy, a private online mental health clinic delivering talking therapies and coaching. This includes treating clients with a wide range of problems, helping them change their mindset and reprogram their brains, manage their emotions and build resilience, and improve their overall mental health. In private practice, Nicola specialises in working in women’s health and with people who have experienced complex trauma and PTSD.

She has twenty years of experience in Specialist Mental Health Nursing, with extensive knowledge in this field, enabling her to deliver engaging and informative presentations.

Nicola also works in male prisons, delivering mental health care, alongside running her own private online mental health practice. She has worked with the UN, consulting on prison reform and HRH Duchy of Cornwall estate offering menopause awareness days.

Through her in-depth knowledge of mental health and using neuroscience, Nicola delivers empowerment talks to corporate clients and small groups, helping them achieve their goals, better their communication, and feel more empowered to lead.
