  • It was during the covid lockdown in 2020, where my health and fitness journey fully began. In 2021 whilst there were still restrictions in place following the third lockdown, I had received some sessions with a clinical psychotherapist, as well as used the time to reflect on these experiences. I have shared some of this content in the hopes that it will help someone who may be going through a similar situation.

      In 2020 at the start of the covid lockdown, I made big changes to my lifestyle at the age of 48. Since then, health and wellness has been at the forefront of everything that I do.



      Athough I had started doing outdoor workouts on a daily basis from March 2020, these video clips were recorded between May and October 2020.
