    SUMMARY

In this episode, we discuss the topic of nutritional yeast, also known as nooch. We'll cover what nutritional yeast is, its taste and nutritional content, its uses in cooking, and medical issues and considerations related to its consumption.

    Takeaways

Nutritional yeast is a cheesy-tasting cousin to brewer's yeast and baker's yeast, and it is often used as a replacement for cheese in vegan cooking.
