  • Abuse, Addiction, and Mental Health: Interview with Author Kate Russell
    Sep 26 2022

Malachi and I had the pleasure of having a discussion with author, Kate Russell, about her books, Down the Rabbit Hole: A Memoir of Abuse, Addiction, and Recovery  and Voicemails from My Sister: Stories of a Schizoaffective Sibling. We discuss surviving childhood abuse and addiction issues, but we focus more on the latter of the two books, digging a little deeper into managing mental health issues in the family that directly affect us as kids and adults. I thoroughly enjoyed our discussion and hope you do too!
