    Everyone expects that high-performers have great mindsets, that's a given. But how do you get out of the "great tips" zone and find a way to actually define your mindset game? Enter the TIC mindset system. And today, we go over where it all begins: the PREP phase and the secret about imagination that most people miss: you have to tether it to reality. So pull up a cool (or warm drink) and enjoy a mindset day as Josh and Jordan discuss the interplay between knowledge and imagination!


    How to join the Egglympics: play with us on this! All you have to do is submit a 60second or less video that demonstrates you cooking any egg dish that you like. Also, you must time how long it takes you to do it. Make sure that the video shows the the completed dish and send a link to contact@truthincoaching.com or tag us on Instagram. Scoring will be a function of degree of difficulty x finish time.

    Stress vs Consistency. Why do so many people set a fitness resolution and then fail to continue with it? Could it be that the stress of life chokes all the motivation out? Jordan thinks so. But for a LARGE portion of the population, more movement is the key, not less. So how you even begin to build that consistency muscle to get the healthy movement and exercise that you need when you can't get around the personal stress?

    In this Training Tips episode, Josh tackles this conversation with a few key lenses:

    1. Systems, Structure, Scheduling.
    2. Upgrade your warm-up to upgrade your results!
    3. Use splits to your advantage.
    4. Tone it down and just do the most important thing.
