    I don't know about you but I LOVE that as mid life women we are rejecting the 'new year new me' vibes and opting for a more gentle, compassionate start to the year.

    We can be great at focusing on our flaws and beating ourselves up for our failures as busy women, but just imagine what could happen if we started to celebrate our unique strengths, skills and resilience instead?

    Join me as I chat to ADHD coach & consultant Steph Nelson from Create Calm with Steph as we discuss how liberating and empowering it can be to recognise, accept & celebrate how our brain and energy cycles work, and the magic that can happen when we embrace how we are wired.

    This conversation will be of particular interest to you if you are a neurodiverse business owner, but I'm confident that it will provide inspirationan and hope to any woman listening who has struggled with self acceptance and shame.

    Steph is an AuDHD entrepreneur that has turned her story of reaching neurodivergent burnout in the education sector into a purpose led mission to create awareness and action to support ADHD and Autistic individuals. In her work she delivers training and workshops to workplaces to support neuro inclusive practice as well as supporting individuals 1:1 as an ADHD coach. She has worked with amazing clients such as the NHS, West Yorkshire ADHD and St Gemmas Hospice and will soon be launching the NeuroCreators brand to create a platform and profile for thriving neurodivergent people as role models for the younger generation.   • 44. How I'm Saying NO to Cold & Flu Season

    I don't know about you but I ain't got not time for getting sick if I can help it !

    I'm passionate about supporting myself and other women to feel WELL and live life to the full, and while illness and bugs can be a good indicator that we need to slow down and take care of ourselves, there are some simple and even fun habits we can employ to boost our immune systems and stay well through cold and flu season.

    Catching every sniffle that our kids take hoome from school doesn't need to be a given, so today I'm sharing the five things I'm doing this autumn/winter to support my immune system and enjoy this gorgeous time of year.

  • 42. How I'm living my best Slow Life Summer

    Summer can be a really tricky time and it's easy to feel overwhelmed with school holidays, family visiting and the preessure to be more sociable.

    This summer I'm setting the intention to do things differently, to slow down and savour my favourite of all the seasons and to reclaim rest.

    I'm throwing out the 'shoulds' and rejecting the pressure to do things perfectly, and instead I'm choosing easy meals on repeat, better boundaries and real rest.
