      Welcome to another episode of The Healthy Golf Podcast.  This week is a short and solo episode all about clubhead speed. I know the episode title doesn't sound like it would make sense. Slow down to speed up..? But please listen to the episode to learn why that it make a ton of sense.

      To not ruin the episode, it's all about transferring force efficiently from one body segment to the next. And you can only speed up as well as you can slow down. In the episode I talk about some exercises that you can do to help with this process which I'll post below this paragraph.

      Welcome to another episode of The Healthy Golf Podcast. I've been enjoying these solo episodes and I hope you have too! They not only help me teach you about the material but also helps me to learn and research more about the topic/subject.

      In this week's episode we're talking about what actually happens when you do some foam rolling. There are a lot of misconceptions as to what is occurring when you foam roll. Those theories include breaking up scar tissue and adhesions. However, what's actually happening is that you're changing the input to your brain.
