Today I'm pulling back the curtain on my entire motherhood journey from being told at 14 that PCOS could make pregnancy hard, to choosing weight loss surgery, to an unexpectedly fast conception, and then… one of the hardest pregnancies imaginable. I share the reality of hyperemesis gravidarum (HG), preeclampsia, a planned C-section at 36 weeks, and the NICU plus the shock of postpartum relief when the nausea finally stopped.
We also get real about identity shifts after baby, mom guilt, being the default parent, and how I'm rebuilding my routines as a working mom/entrepreneur. I talk about body image after WLS, why I did blind weigh-ins in pregnancy, the mindset that helped me release perfectionism, and how GLP-1s supported my postpartum season.
