  • “Here’s Fun” with Rob - Part 2
    Aug 27 2025

This week, we welcome Rob back for a deeper dive into his past and the personal experiences that shaped him. Along the way, we hear about the fun side of his story, including his music background and what inspired him to start Hidden Home Records.

Rob’s a busy guy: he plays in two bands, runs a record label, writes for Bandnada, and balances it all while working a “medium-boy” office job. Appreciate you taking the time to sit down and share your story, Rob!

  • Now That’s What I Call Marisa
    Aug 20 2025

As Marisa puts it - “It’s not the way it sounds necessarily, it's the way that it makes you feel.” In this episode with my “beige emo” friend, Marisa, we hear her hot takes and what it’s like to be a rocker mom. She came prepared with some great concert stories and definitions. One of my favorite stories that she shared is how she told her parents she was going to see a Christian metal band… it never was Christian metal music. She has gone from merch girl, to perfecting the myspace scene selfie, to being an amazing mother. I hope you enjoy meeting my friend Marisa!

  • $182 Later with Rob
    Aug 13 2025

“Music is definitely the thing that makes me happy.” Rob bleeds music. Rob is music. In this episode with Rob and Craig, Rob teaches us all things necessary for a pop punk kid starter kit.

Then, he tickles our nostalgia with a blast from the past including, The Mighty Ducks, Power Rangers, and Tony Hawk Pro Skater.

Rob has been in more bands than anyone I know, including the two he’s currently in - Shrugdealer band and Onsie band. He can basically play any instrument. If he’s not playing music, he’s listening to it or writing about it. If he’s not talking to someone about music, he’s listening to a podcast or watching a music documentary about his favorite bands.

He is such a good guy, and super funny. Spoiler alert - there will definitely be a part 2 since this episode barely scratches the surface on the things we need to hear about from Ed Sheeran, I mean Rob. He does this all while drinking a grape soda.

  • High Fives with Kassie K
    Aug 6 2025

From Harry Potter to video games to favorite bands and concerts, Kassie K has some amazing stories and memories to share with us this week.

I met Kassie K 20 years ago at Wasson High School. Once we met, we quickly became great friends. She took me to my first actual pop punk concert (maybe you’d call it emo), which we, of course, get into. I’ll forever appreciate Kassie K’s friendship - she met me at my most annoying and obnoxious point in life. She loves all things music, from Motion City Soundtrack and Fallout Boy to Nordic whale music. She shares her opinions on the new Linkin Park members, and we think back on local shows we went to at The Black Sheep in Colorado Springs.

Lastly, don’t accuse Kassie and Coco of listening to Britney Spears when they’re actually listening to Billy Joel! Keep an eye out for her podcast, Not Really Friends!

  • Thank you! From Blair.
    Jul 30 2025

I have so much in my life to be thankful for. At the top of that list are some great friends. Thank you to everyone who has supported the show in any capacity. I really appreciate the love and support you all have shown.

I am sorry to announce that there are no guests this week. It’s just me rambling about squirrels and what not. Enjoy!

  • Early Retirement from Little Caesars with Cameron
    Jul 23 2025

In this episode, we’re joined by our genre-jumping friend Cameron as we talk through his CD, video game, and Pokémon collection. Cameron’s a total “riff man” with a deep passion for music - he names more bands than any guest we’ve had. His love for music started with a CD he found on the road and the Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack. We also get into the struggles of naming a band (it’s a bunch of malarkey).

Cameron is one of the nicest, most sincere people I’ve ever met. He not only shares great bands to check out, but also his keys to happiness. My biggest takeaway from our conversation is that I need to live life for myself and figure out who I am. I really appreciate not just the music knowledge he shared, but also the vulnerability.

You’ve heard his name mentioned throughout the show—now I’m excited for you to finally hear from him.

P.S. Be careful when drinking SoBe, the known side effects are that it can make you passive aggressive!

  • Warped Tour Recap: Two Quesadillas with Andie R
    Jul 16 2025

Andie is back for the grand finale of our Warped series and it’s safe to say she’s SOLD on the new festival-style Warped Tour. Joined by a special guest host, she had non-stop fun and tells us all about it. We hear more about her brother Chris - who not only shaped her music taste growing up, but still gives her recommendations on which bands to catch at Warped Tour.

One thing I’ve learned this past year is how important it is to step out of your comfort zone every now and then. Andie seems to be doing just that as she shares why it matters and what she’s learned from doing so. She had an amazing time and made the most of every minute - from catching new and old bands, showing up to meet and greets, making friends, and even flirting with security guards! Not only does she share where she spent her time, she tells us exactly where her money went - from band tees to quesadillas.

  • Hit My Line for a Good Time with Andie R.
    Jul 15 2025

Andie IS the party - whether she rolls up in a party bus or not. As a self-proclaimed “girly pop” and live music lover, you can usually find her planning multiple outfits for an upcoming occasion. Check out today’s episode to hear how she scored a spot in a Papa Roach music video, flew to Germany for Taylor Swift, and ended up at a Donna Summers concert.

As Andie puts it - “Music has been there for me throughout my whole life. It’s always been something that I can connect with and relate to.”
