  • Music, Heart Transplants & Wild Nights with Mike and Julie
    Jun 29 2026
JoJo and Rebecca are joined by Mike Costco and Julie Delarius, a musical duo who have been performing together for ten years, married to other people, which everyone always gets wrong.

Mike opens up about something bigger than music: nearly two years ago he received a heart transplant after congestive heart failure left him unable to walk across a room. He went from canceling nothing to spending nine months at the Cleveland Clinic to playing a $3,000 guitar on a podcast stage. Julie was there for all of it.

  • Speeding Tickets, $500 Bikinis & Divorce Dating Disasters!
    May 22 2026
JoJo got busted speeding, ended up in driving school and community service… where she and Rebecca helped an 8-year-old liver cancer survivor named Mia pick her dream pageant outfit. Mia told them they win the prize. Honestly? She stole the episode.

Then the chicks dive into the insane world of competition bikinis: custom fits, crystals, 5-inch heels, and a suit you can’t even get wet… for 500 bucks… worn ONCE.

Plus, Bill Moran crashes the show and gets real about dating after divorce, texting drama, and why modern relationships feel like a full-time customer service job.

  • 110 days Sober - Building a Brand & What Getting Clean Actually Looks Like
    May 5 2026
Bill showed up with a puppy. Her name is Kelce. She wore pink.
No one could focus for the first five minutes—and no one even tried.

Bryan Dezio, founder of Capone’s Sandwich Shops in Rochester, joins Rebecca and Jojo straight off a shift—because that’s the only kind of time he has. Fresh haircut, 60 pounds down, 110 days sober… and he didn’t have to say any of that. He chose to.

Bryan built Capone’s from the original Penfield shop into multiple Rochester-area locations, with a licensing model on deck. Landscaping. Snow plowing. Kitchens—from The Cheesecake Factory to JB Quimby's to Donnelly's Public House. Texas and back. Always moving. Always building.

    And quietly… falling apart.

For the first time publicly, Bryan opens up about substance abuse, alcohol, a midlife crash, a serious stomach condition—and the moment he realized his tolerance had climbed so high he was taking 15–20 Percocet at once and feeling nothing. This is the story of hitting bottom, telling the truth, and starting over.

Bryan shares why getting clean means coming clean, his upcoming baptism on May 19th, and the tension between protecting the Capone’s brand and telling a story that might actually help someone else survive theirs.

    Also in this episode:
Fit checks (and a Capone’s hat Rebecca wants redesigned), Midtown’s new Smith machine and gym etiquette disasters, a woman who treated it like her personal throne, Rebecca’s pescatarian origin story (blame the sausage casings), Jojo’s kids threatening existential collapse if she eats chicken, and… mercury in sushi.

New episodes of Two Fit Chicks drop weekly.
Produced by Bill Moran Productions. Find Capone’s Sandwich Shops in Penfield, Irondequoit, Spencerport—and coming soon to Murphy’s Law Kitchen.

  • Jenny From the Barre, Comp Prep Week Three & Why Cravings Actually Go Away
    Apr 30 2026
Rebecca’s car is back—and somehow looks better than when she bought it. Shoutout to Mike Brockie at Mobile Paint Guy Collision in Gates… full glow-up, inside and out. Meanwhile, it took a full support team to survive the weekend—dad on Uber duty, JoJo on pickup, because yeah… it takes a village. Enter Jenny from the Barre—real name Jenny Rossi—Midtown Athletic Club instructor, mom of four (including twins), and living proof that chaos can be scheduled. She cracked the code: teach during school hours or it’s game over. Bill took a barre class once… and let’s just say his takeaway was memorable. Jenny? Not surprised. Most guys don’t get it—until they try it. We get into what barre actually is, why it works, and how Jenny’s flipping the script—taking classes out of the studio and into real life. Think: pop-up workouts at The Brand Bar, mimosas included, then straight to The Beer Project. Fitness + shopping + drinks = business model that just hits. Rebecca floats a live podcast + barre class at Dino’s. Honestly? That might happen. Meanwhile, Rebecca is deep into Week 3 of comp prep for her pro show in Minneapolis—six meals a day, macros locked, no alcohol… and here’s the twist: the cravings disappear. JoJo’s on the same plan for “Girl Summer” and already feeling the shift.

    We also get into:
    • Post-kids body changes nobody warns you about
    • Dairy drama (JoJo can’t do cow dairy—Tyler might be next in denial)
    • Mascara wars: Milani vs. Thrive (CVS might be winning 👀)
    • Friday nights at Midtown = packed… because everyone wants abs before cocktails
Fit checks, real talk, and a little chaos—as always. New episodes of Two Fit Chicks drop weekly. baProduced by Bill Moran Productions.

  • The Organizing Genie, Empty Nest Decluttering & Day Old Donuts at the Gym
    Apr 20 2026
Rebecca and Jojo just finished a glutes and legs class at Midtown this morning and they brought reinforcements. Michelle Cassara, aka The Organizing Genie, is in the studio. Michelle spent her career working at a plastic surgeon's office, retired, and turned a lifelong obsession with organizing into a full time business. Her friends had been telling her for years to do it. One friend opened a pantry door and everything fell out. That was the moment.

Michelle broke down what she does and how she does it, from organizing Salon Enza's basement (which is in a building from the 1800s with multiple levels and possibly some ghosts) to driving her genie car to DC to move her son for the third time. She packed, unpacked, and organized his entire apartment in a week. He promised in writing he is not moving again. Her approach is practical: 15 minutes of uninterrupted time, focus on one small thing, feel the accomplishment, and build from there. She calls her phone a ball and chain and turns it off on work days.

Rebecca is officially in week two of competition prep for an August show in Minneapolis. Six meals a day, macro tracking, weekly weigh-ins, and the reality that when you eat that clean, one glass of Prosecco will put you on the floor. Jojo is following the same eating plan for what she is calling Girl Summer. They have a wedding in Fort Lauderdale three weeks before the competition and Rebecca is already worried about airplane water retention.

The conversation gets into empty nesting and what to do with all the stuff your kids leave behind, why the scale is a liar and your clothes are a better barometer, the difference between boutique shopping and mall shopping, how COVID turned everyone into a home organizer, and why glute training might be the real key to longevity. Michelle works out with a trainer three times a week and it shows. The chicks told her she is officially a hot old chick. She accepted the title.

Fit checks from the whole table including Bill in J. Crew. Lucky Penny just opened in Fairport across from Rustic Taco. And the salon has friendly ghosts that apparently left Michelle alone while she was organizing the basement on Sundays by herself. Smart ghosts.

New episodes of Two Fit Chicks drop weekly. Produced by Bill Moran Productions. Follow The Organizing Genie on Instagram. Capone's now has three locations including the new one in Irondequoit.
