  • Trying a new diet or practice that promises to help you control your weight (but really leaves you out of control)
  • Experiencing failure and shame when it doesn’t work out (because it worked for others, right?)
  • Feeling unworthy and completely out of control
  • Starting the process all over again
  • The real problem is that you believed the lie that you are not worthy of being in control of your weight.

It’s time to move on from that toxic relationship and regain control. Not by temporarily giving up control to a program in that negative fix cycle. But by restarting your inner dialogue, retraining your thought life, insisting that you are worthy of controlling your weight.
