Narrator ruins the listening experience.
Honestly, as soon as the narrator began her read it was irritating. I don't know why she was selected but it ruins the listening experience. Her pronunciations are poor, for example: PROcess, AXercise, FAlawed (for flawed), FLAGeging (long A in what should have been flagging), WHY (for whey?! come on...), and these mispronunciations are frequent. Her reading questions as statements were distracting as well. I found myself correcting pronunciations out loud. Didn't anyone review her before this book was approved for Audible?

Reader cannot pronounce Alzheimer's.
When the reader cannot pronounce a common medical term the book is very questionable. I do not recommend this book or the reader.

The recipes are not difficult or time-consuming
This is a great book for Keto Beginners (like myself) The recipes are not difficult or time-consuming and once you get your pantry prepped they take a lot of the same ingredients so you aren’t wasting money on items you will only use once or twice

Delicious recipes that are easy to incorporate into everyday life. Last year I tried Keto with a different cookbook and was immediately discouraged. Ingredients were so obscure and expensive, and the recipes super involved and complicated.

Very informative!
Very informative, still left me with a lot of questions. I will continue research before committing to the way of eating. Good introduction to the Ketogenic diet and approach. Very detailed with a good amount of testing suggested. For someone new to Keto, this is a reasonable place to start.
