Awesome intro to a life changing proposition
Have listened to a couple of books on fasting this week. I was a bit mystified by the focus on low fat in this one given the surge in published findings on the benefits of high fat easing of the last decade. Still, this book has been planned superbly. Its content is both accessible and inspirational. It is practical and practicable. And the formats of the different sections stimulated interest throughout. Superb job - very well done - and thankyou!

Interesting.
Any additional comments?
I can see how this book will help many people. Perhaps not super active types due to calorific need and hormones making fasting tricky - but office types absolutely this will really help control weight & health. If you are in a chair all day, a bit older, carrying some health issues and thus cannot exercise much - here is your diet.

Awesome Book.
What made the experience of listening to The Fast Diet the most enjoyable?
I dont have to read the book. And knowing that not eating for a while is actually healthy, and not what i have been used to hearing from Doctors ect..
What does Michael Mosley and Mimi Spencer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Mimi Spencers voice and reading was great. I love her voice.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It made me feel great. Because now i have the knowledge to lose that extra weight ,once and for all.

Perfekt!
Nachdem ich mich schon mit x Diäten auseinandergesetzt habe (nicht probiert wohlgemerkt, da ich keine auch nur ansatzweise durchgehalten hätte), hier die Lösung! Einfach, perfekt zu integrieren, es tut gut, fühlt sich gut an und es klappt! Eine Diät, die man sein Leben lang durchführen kann ohne zu verzweifeln. Trotz Feiertage und Schlemmen ohne Ende eher Gewichtsverlust als Zunahme! Selbst zwischen den Feiertagen kann man zumindest einen Fastentag einlegen und das Essen schmeckt danach wieder doppelt so gut! Danke Michael Mosely!
