About Time!

I've read the original Go For No and it was great. However the network marketing version spoke more to me due to me being in the profession. It's a great read for someone new or struggling to grow their business. Buy it! You won't be disappointed.

How many times can you say the same thing?

Not one piece of tactical advice! Just different people saying over and over “the more NO’s you get the more Yes’s you will get. Go work hard”

If you’ve read the title you’ve read the book.

meh.

struggled to finish. not digging the 3+ narrators. testimonials section had poor grammar, plus they were hard to follow.

It Didn't Go For No

I am a big fan for the Original book but I also got excited to see that their was one directly related to network marketing. The downside is that it lacked true Go for No Stories, meaning that no one but Ray Higdon really shares on how they used going for no as a technique.. maybe only one other I can recall spoke on how she would count each No as $100 but that was about it. Most stories just talk about how they got rejected and had the fortitude to stick with it and eventually the right person said yes. It wasn't a horrible book and would be a great listen for a new person to get them prepared for rejection in this industry and a new perspective on how to Approach their business, but I just expected more stories from other marketers on how they used the Go for No Process as Ray Higdon shared him doing 20 No's a day. This is why I have 3 stars.. and 4 for performance because Ray has a voice that can be monotone at times.

WORST SALES ADVICE EVER

This must be the worst "sales" book I've ever read. The authors' theory is that sales is a numbers game (and to a great extent, that's true) but to base a sale on contacting as many people as possible knowing that most of them will say "NO" and hoping for an eventual "YES", without any thought to improving a presentation, using friendly persuasion, empathy and enthusiasm and converting a probable "NO" into a "MAYBE" and then into a "YES". Well, that's just plain dumb and thoughtless! Obviously network marketers rely on their downline to make money and would never survive in a real sales environment. They don't "sell", they "recruit" and hope the recruit actually sells some product .

This audio is something special.

I have been in the network marketing business for 5 years, and being honest, never doing anything with it. My husband and I have a great product, but have been lost along the way. The stories are very relatable to how we go through network marketing. I would listen to the audio, and then stop, but came back for more every time. When the audio was over I clapped. Now, I know I am suppose to be in this industry. I will keep listening to the audio and pass it on. Thank you God for this.
