j'ai beaucoup apprécié ce livre je vais définitivement appliqué les conseils dans ma vie. Elle donne les clés simple pour gérer plus intelligemment ses choix alimentaires. En ayant conscience de la physiologie du corps et de l'importance de ce que l'on mange et a quelle moment, on ameliore considérablement sa qualité de vie sans se culpabilisé.
J'ai apprécié l'équilibre de l'écriture entre la science vulgarisée, temoignage/anecdote et les astuces pratiques.
Je peux être agacée par les livres qui font des textes à rallonge sans nous apprendre grand choses ; c'est peu le cas avec ce livre, chaque paragraphe a un but..

It's a very useful book that EVERYONE should read. I never knew so much about how actually the food that we eat affects our body. In fact, I knew nothing about what insulin is (except that it is the diabetic medication) and the havoc it plays inside the body. As a PCOS patient I am very grateful for the information this book provides because I have met with numerous doctors who never mentioned anything about the impact of food on health. It has always been medicines that never worked.

Also, my partner was 18kg overweight and pre-diabetic. I have been trying to get him on many diet and exercise programs with no results. Moreover, he is a picky eater and sticking to a specific diet for more than a week was really hard. After reading the book I did few changes to the food that he already likes and encouraged him to eat food in right order. Now he actually likes to eat vegetables and not hungry all day along. No sweet cravings and no snacking 2-3 time a day. For the first time in many years, he lost 2.5 Kgs in 18 days and is now interested to fast (something I could never talk to him about before). I wish I knew these tricks before. They are easy to follow and really help.
