Singapore is agog with the news of King Edward VIII's abdication to marry American heiress Wallis Simpson. It’s become a big enough issue that everybody in town is becoming unnerved, paranoid even. Their solution is to form a Neighborhood Watch, which should be okay in theory. Unfortunately, the reality is anything but.
