The second adventure of Popysan the Green Dragon Popysan receives a mysterious golden artefact from a passing merchant, possibly part of the horn of an ancient Golden Unicorn. However, it is now believed no Golden Unicorns survive, as they lived on the earth, long before fish swam in the sea and birds flew in the air. Popysan sets out on an incredible adventure to try and find the Golden Unicorns and reunite the broken horn with its owner. Along the way she finds many new friends, crosses the great expanse and fights the evil grey Varger.

Lee Hunter was a Metropolitan police chief inspector who resigned from the service a couple of years ago, after falling foul of management, largely due to his out-of-control drinking. Having also lost his marriage and family, he moved from London and now lives in an English seaside town called Southport, "where no one knows my name". Hunter establishes a detective agency, but soon finds himself in debt and under threat of death if those liabilities aren’t repaid, and with no customers, things are looking very bleak indeed.

Popysan is the great and majestic queen of the green dragons, but she has a huge problem: None of the eggs of the green dragons are hatching. Soon every single green dragon will be gone if she doesn’t work out why. She embarks on a dangerous and difficult adventure with her friend Poopy to find the answers that she needs. Along the way, they meet some strange creatures and some new friends. Faced with impossible odds, evil magic, and many, many miles away from home, will they get the answers they need?
