In this very first episode, we—Mayya Allen and Michaelle Branch—take a moment to introduce ourselves and share a bit about our personal journeys with healing, faith, and all the ups and downs in between.
We talk about what it means to be Unbothered—not in a dismissive way, but in a deeply spiritual, Christ-centered peace that keeps us grounded. And having a spiritually Elevated Christ-like mindset that allows us to SEE from a faith-based perspective.
We’re so excited to finally launch this podcast, a space where we can be real, reflect, and connect with you on everything from spirituality and personal growth to health/healing and the power of community.
