The offender appears in the documentary called Pervert Park and after an attempted deep dive search I found a recent YouTube interview. I will share the stories she provided in both interviews along with my attempt to remain professional, while deeply moved by yet another monumental act of inhumane savage behavior, in order to analyze, raise questions of professional concern and discrepancies.
