Sometimes we are holding on to things that we are not even aware of and it begins to destroy us from the inside. Slowly, our life and viewpoint is one big distortion affecting the people we love.

DISCLAIMER: This episode is brutally honest. However, I acknowledge that I am truly grateful for my life. Everything that has happened to me adds up to this moment and the future blessings that await ahead. The biggest challenge has been knowing that both things are true. We can love what we have and know it is the best thing that could have ever happened to us while holding resentment. I think many of us struggle because we look at life in black and white. We fail to accept nuance and the possibility that two things can be true simultaneously. However, sometimes, one of the truths is due to a lack of healing and needs to be rectified. This is what happened to me as a result of this dream, sharing this openly, and a conversation that soon followed with my husband. I have now let it go.
