    Today Cesar and I come into the world of seller's experience and some of the expectations we give. Seller's can be very different in every transaction. We've seen sellers that have ranged from only caring about the price to wanting just the smoothest transaction.

    We look to aim and make sure all our clients are happy no matter the situation. We able to over deliver on each of our promises. We generate multiple offers, get creative and build a connection with each one of our clients that are very different in their own ways.

    We want to make sure ever experience is special in it's own way.

    Today we talk about buyer experiences and what we do for our clients. We also touch on our client relationships and go into detail on each client and transaction. We go into detail from first impressions, meeting them for the first time, our conversations, once we get into contract, how we keep our relationship on going and how we foster a forever relationship.

    This is something we are always trying to improve on and look for new creative ways to incorporate clients into our daily lifestyle as we don't just want to be seen as a transaction. I think it's fair to say our clients don't either.

    Today we go over accountability and pipeline for our personal goals. Lately, Cesar and I have felt that we have been falling behind or lacking. We decided to reset and hold each other accountable of personal goals we've set for each other each week.

    When you're listening, you'll notice that we have a fair amount of pipeline and we've done the right activity to stay proactive. Setting goals plays a huge part in our business as it is very easy to get complacent and comfortable.

    We're only half way through our week but yet we're on track or ready to surpass our weekly goals.

    Here in California, June 24th we're sitting a very tough market of the unknown and what lies ahead. Buyer broker agreements are about to start coming July 4th. Interest rates are holding steady with nothing to change this year.

    Buyer's are starting to disappear and transactions are far an few between for many. We talk about where we've had success, whats not working and what we see in the future for us.

In this episode, we get to compare successes and battles we both face in real estate. Again, there is no one trick pony when it comes to selling and having a great track record.

    Skylight group has had success in many areas where Cesar and I have struggled, but Cesar and I have had successes in some areas they've struggled. There is always a different path of success based on personality. This is something we touch on as well and learning how different personalities perceive things and how to overcome some of those challenges.

  • Controversial Topic! Does Presentation Matter?!

    As Cesar stated in our previous episode....Does presentation matter? Do you think people pay attention to how you dress? Do they car you drive? Do you think if you show success the perception of consumers view on you will change?

    We take a small dive in what our opinion is on consumer's perception of us in the real estate industry. Cesar is very well dressed everyday and makes it a point to look nice and stay on current trends. Myself (Erik) am very casual, but when the occasion presents itself. I too will dress up to make sure i look presentable and professional.

    We both have very different takes on cars, which in my opinion isn't a huge factor. Take a listen and hear how this perception not only comes from consumers, but also many different roles across the industry. This includes, lenders, title, and different vendors we utilize.

    Lastly, Cesar and I are coming off an offer due date for our Property in Milpitas, CA that generated a lot of groups through the open house. With the market ever changing, we still were able generate a favorable offer for our seller.

    Let us know what your opinion is on these two topics as well as what you seen in the market. We've seen a tremendous slow down in Silicon Valley. One of the hottest market's in the country.

    How does pipeline affect your real estate business? Do you plan for monthly, quarterly, or yearly goals?

    Real estate is a roller coaster and some people can make their entire years income in just 3 months and others income is spread out through out the year. Sometimes agents go without a single check for multiple months.

    We talk about how that affects our business as well as mindset. I also describe our industry like a roller coaster because momentum is everything.

    We also dive a little into social content and some winning ideas where myself, Cesar and other folks have seen success. We know we ended a little abruptly, but if you tune in next week. We will be sure to continue on a deeper dive into this conversation.
