      Today Cesar and I come into the world of seller's experience and some of the expectations we give. Seller's can be very different in every transaction. We've seen sellers that have ranged from only caring about the price to wanting just the smoothest transaction.

      We look to aim and make sure all our clients are happy no matter the situation. We able to over deliver on each of our promises. We generate multiple offers, get creative and build a connection with each one of our clients that are very different in their own ways.

      We want to make sure ever experience is special in it's own way.

      Today we talk about buyer experiences and what we do for our clients. We also touch on our client relationships and go into detail on each client and transaction. We go into detail from first impressions, meeting them for the first time, our conversations, once we get into contract, how we keep our relationship on going and how we foster a forever relationship.

      This is something we are always trying to improve on and look for new creative ways to incorporate clients into our daily lifestyle as we don't just want to be seen as a transaction. I think it's fair to say our clients don't either.

      Today we go over accountability and pipeline for our personal goals. Lately, Cesar and I have felt that we have been falling behind or lacking. We decided to reset and hold each other accountable of personal goals we've set for each other each week.

      When you're listening, you'll notice that we have a fair amount of pipeline and we've done the right activity to stay proactive. Setting goals plays a huge part in our business as it is very easy to get complacent and comfortable.

      We're only half way through our week but yet we're on track or ready to surpass our weekly goals.

      Let us know how you track goals and something you may see where we can improve upon as we really focus on conversations we've had!
