Welcome Skylight Group to our first team interview podcast. We learned about their background, their why, and how the team was created. In this episode, we get to compare successes and battles we both face in real estate. Again, there is no one trick pony when it comes to selling and having a great track record.
Skylight group has had success in many areas where Cesar and I have struggled, but Cesar and I have had successes in some areas they've struggled. There is always a different path of success based on personality. This is something we touch on as well and learning how different personalities perceive things and how to overcome some of those challenges.
