Thank you so much for joining me for episode 15 of The Power Within! In todays episode I am discussing a very important aspect of our social network that can affect us either positively, or negatively. And this is very important because if we surround ourselves with the wrong crowd, who all have very poor attitudes and mindsets they can begin to cause us to have a negative shift in our mindset, which I can say first hand is not something you want to happen.
We all put in so much hard work into self improvement, learning better habits and skills, the last thing we would want is set ourselves back to a point where we need to take a few days or even a week to get out of a cruddy mood. This is why taking a really good look at your network of friends, and reflecting quite often on how your mood is affected when you are around these friends is very important.
