    In this episode of The Life Outside Podcast, Cam chats with Kit Birks. Kit is currently about halfway through an 8,000km trek across Europe. From the northern tip in Norway to the southernmost point in Greece. A journey that will likely take close to a year to complete, and one no one else has done before. Kit is raising funds and awareness for suicide prevention, having herself battled with addiction and mental ill health over the last decade.
