About the Experts
Dr. Katharine Stevens is the founder and president of the Center on Child and Family Policy.
Dr. Preston Cooper is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, where his work focuses on higher education policy and reform.
Dr. Justin Callais is the chief economist at the Archbridge Institute and an assistant professor of economics at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is the lead researcher for the institute's Social Mobility in the 50 States project.
