 From the developmental years in early education to insitutes in higher learning, teacher and educators help us to understand the world in molding, guiding us and being mentors in aspects of our lives. In this mini series on teachers appreciation week for 2025 I am joined once again by Haaj a special needs teacher from New York City. We explore here experience as an educator in the changing field of special needs. Focusing more on her job, she gives us some insight on challenges, and advancement in her field of specialty. What inspired her to become a special needs teacher and her role in in such an involved field of teaching profession. Along with learning a little more about her life outside of the class room we delv into her impact on her students, her, thoughts on the education system in the current administration and the importance of unity with other professionals in the educational field.
