    This is a subject I feel incredibly passionate about. After suffering severe ME 11 years ago, I thought there was no way back to high level sport.

    Here I am 11 years later, having played for West Ham Ladies and Tottenham Hotspur in mid twenties, I have 2 Spartan World Championships under my belt and currently sit with the fastest ever British Female Pro Hyrox Time!

    I am not saying this in any way to try and impress anybody.

    I am trying to show you that I personally went on a deeper holistic journey to optimal performance and through that journey overcame a huge health crisis!

    Many Athletes suffer chronic fatigue, but very few know how to overcome it to unlock new levels of fulfilling their fullest potential!
