  • The Future Of AI & Our Pivot
    Aug 18 2026

In this audio only episode, we covered a lot of different topics - it was essentially 2 podcast episodes in one as Mel and I had a chat.

    * What Claude and AI watermarking is and what to do now that AI watermarking could mean lower reach in the social media algorithms

    * The AI race to create superintelligence and why it is extremely worrying as there is a concentration of powerful in a handful of companies whose telling themselves they are the good guys but who shown historically to not be and whose revenue and power is getting towards exceeding governments.

    * Plus how they are using distractions such immigration, cost of living etc to distract us so we are not focused on fighting against the fast advancement of AI and electing the leaders who will control those in control of AI

    * AI Safety, self-replication and the unintended consequences that are coming straight from the mouth of the guy who was the forecaster for chatGPT.

    * How social media weaponized our attention spans and how AI could weaponize connection

    * Why connection and communication skills are the most powerful as AI commoditises information and how I am focusing on improving them every single day over trying to just learn more “information”. After all what good is an transformational story without the skills to communicate it in a way that connects and transforms

    * Why you no longer have the pressure of being the “expert” and how that helps relieve the imposter syndrome pressure

    * What I am still using AI for to make my content, programs and offers better

    * At the end we talked about my 2 viral posts of the week and the marketing lesson that they enforced for me

  • AI Is Getting Smarter. So What Happens to Us?
    Aug 11 2026

This week, after spending hours untangling my accounts from a Google subscription, and after having a very interesting interaction with Claude support, and listening to an AI forecaster talk about where this technology is heading, I found myself asking a bunch of much bigger questions including if AI eventually has access to all the information, what makes YOU valuable for someone to buy from you?

In this episode, I unpack the uncomfortable questions I've been thinking about and why I don't think the answer is to run away from AI.

    In this conversation, we explore:

🤖 What happens when AI becomes smarter than the smartest humans?

🛏️ Why Claude literally told me to go to bed—and why that made me question how much control we should give AI 😂

🧠 What an AI forecaster said about the speed at which AI development could happen

⚡ Why I think we're potentially looking at something very different from a gradual “AI takes one job at a time” scenario

💧 The enormous power and water requirements behind AI—and the bigger question of who regulates it

👀 Why I'm increasingly uncomfortable with the people currently controlling the most powerful AI systems

📚 Why information is becoming a commodity

💡 The implications for coaches, consultants, creators and course sellers

🎓 Why I think the traditional course model is going to have to evolve

🗣️ Why your voice, personality, perspective and lived experience may become more valuable—not less

❤️ Why human connection could become one of the biggest competitive advantages in an AI world

🎤 Why I believe live conversations and real-time interaction are going to matter more

🧩 How I'm using AI as an ideation and organisation tool without allowing it to replace my voice

💰 Why I think relationship-based selling becomes even more important as AI advances

🔄 Why we need to stop chasing every new AI model and get clear on what we actually need AI to do for us

One question I want you to think about:

If AI can give people all the information they need, what are you uniquely bringing to the table?

Because maybe the future isn't about becoming better at producing information.

Maybe it's about becoming better at creating transformation, connection and experiences.

    And honestly?

I think that's a much more exciting future.

🎧Listen to the full conversation above and let me know what you think.

I don't have all the answers.

But I think this is a conversation we need to be having.

  • The Speaking Shift: From "High Value Expert" to Transformational Experiences
    Aug 5 2026

"Value" and Information used to convert to customers. Now it is not enough to get people to even show up. If you speak for a living whether on stages, on podcasts, on webinars, on masterclasses, your audience trusts you less than they used to. Not because you're worse. Because AI has made everyone suspicious of everything. In this episode I am sharing what I learned from showing up at a live event for speaker training, plus what I noticed after watching ten different live shows back to back to learn the small, specific things creators are doing to keep people in the room, build trust in an AI-skeptical audience, and convert without ever pretending to be "the expert."Side note: We also talk about how gurus have been manufacturing imposter syndrome to keep people buying.

    You'll learn:

Why trust has hit an all-time low thanks to AI content and why showing up live (even just in audio) is the fastest way to rebuild it and increase conversions.

The difference between teaching from expertise vs. teaching from experience, and why the second one converts better.

8 practical "transformational experience elements" other creators are using to emotionally connect to their audience to create raving fans, not just followers. Everything from environment and sound design to pivoting your content live based on who's in the room.

Why "I don't compare, I prepare" changed how I think about presentation prep as someone who is still growing their public speaking skills. To get this weeks weekly free resource with exercise, message me her bossfaithc.substack.com

  • The ONE thing that builds trust in the AI era
    Jul 28 2026

In the era of AI the people it can not replace are the ones that are willing to show up and use their real voice, those willing to show up live and work on their communication skills. These are the speakers, presenters, podcasters and those willing to use their voice to cut through the white noise of AI written content. These are the ones who gain authority as people can see the real person - flaws, the stories, the knowledge in real time and as a result they will then listen to the message without the scepticism that it is AI.

These are the ones who will also win in a trust recession as they are focused on being seen and they are quietly working behind the scenes on their speaking and communications skills so they can gain confidence. The best thing is that AI can do the boring repetitive admin tasks that used to keep us trapped. Now we have the time to become the voice that speaks up and gets us seen - the ones that stand out in the noise.Been on Instagram and heard about the “Yap” trend? This is literally just people doing to face to camera videos in their cars and ‘non professional’ looking places that people can relate too. It was just given a fancy relatable name by a marketer who then used it to go on and make millions of dollars.

  • Slow Down: What Hustle Culture Doesn't Tell You
    Jul 21 2026

Busy people are easy to manipulate. That's the line that kept coming back to me this week as I pulled back from social media and actually slowed down.

    In this episode:

Why "push through it" advice usually comes from someone selling you something

The friend I compared myself to for a decade and what her daughter's Substack revealed

Why we stay quiet when someone disrespects our time

The question worth sitting with before your next big goal

Why the businesses that are actually working right now are the honest ones, not the polished ones

  • Why Most Coaches Selling Low Ticket Memberships Never Reach Full-Time Income Online
    Jun 23 2026

You've been told low-ticket MRR is the path to full-time income. In this episode, Faith breaks down why that advice is keeping coaches and consultants stuck...and walks through the Money Making Machine model that actually works.

    Key takeaways:

Why low-ticket volume is brutal to sustain and subscriptions cancel first

What a Money Making Machine is and why $1,000–$1,500 converts better than $5k

How a paid entry workshop (Traffic Tool) pre-qualifies and pre-converts your leads

The stack strategy Faith used to replace a single $5k offer — and why it outperformed it

Why MRR belongs after results and relationship, not before
