    On this episode of The Bounce is Real Podcast, we give you a full breakdown of what's ahead and what's been happening with Northern Bounce.

    We kick things off by talking about our upcoming morning program, "The Breakfast Club", which is focused on high-intensity skill work in smaller groups with a fast-paced environment led by Tim and Sean. We’re excited to help our athletes level up before the school year even starts. We also dive into what’s ahead for our fall training what athletes can expect, what we’re emphasizing, and how we plan to build on the momentum from this summer.

    Then we rewind to our trip to Chicago, where we competed hard and took big steps developmentally. The experience went beyond basketball—we explored the city, bonded as a team, and created memories that will stick. From the competition to the culture, it was a trip that reminded us why we do what we do.

    Lastly, we highlight how our teams finished out the season, including strong performances in league play and at tournaments hosted by Gonzaga and Eastern Washington. The results show our growth, and more importantly, the resilience and hunger of our players.
