      Anxiety and or Depression has been a nusense on my life for as long as I can remember

      Its actually crazy to think that there isnt a time where I dont remember being anxious or depressed

      This episode is my attempt to come to grips with all that has happened (especially over the span of 3 or so Years)

      multiple overdoes, psyche hospital stays, negative thinking

      Im nevertheless grateful for the process

      YOU ARE NOT ALONE

      ILL KEEP FIGHTING

      REFLECTION (PERTAINING TO PAST CHOICES) IS BEAUTIFUL
