Huge congratulations to Jamie Sanchez, the Mother’s Day giveaway winner!! Sarah gives a relationship challenge update and, needless to say, it isn’t exactly going as she had planned - but she is not giving up! Grace received a generous gift from a friend that is proving to be life changing - meet her new health coach @corinjanell on Instagram! And Sarah’s family got a lot of quality time together this past week including some pretty big events for their oldest. To say Grace had a rough week feels like an understatement with the tip of the iceberg including car problems and a fire detector going off in her home. Fingers crossed for life to be smooth sailing for Grace next week.

This week is a Book Club for 1 takeover with the parenting book: How to Talk So Little Kids Will Listen. Grace shares some of the tools from the book to support helping kids in acknowledging their feelings, encouraging cooperation, resolving conflict, and supporting differently wired kids. Then switch up your dinner rotation with Sarah’s crockpot honey mustard chicken wraps. And Grace brings Philly cheesesteaks to the table.
