Jamie and I met Kay recently at one of our favorite Mexican food joints, and instantly knew we had encountered a kindred spirit! After just a couple of brief conversations, we knew we had to interview Kay for the podcast - mainly focusing on her hospitable manner, and the incredible culture in which she leads and works. But, boy, were we in for a surprise!! Who knew Kay was a chef in a former life, had grown up with incredible challenges, had been through a fairly recent divorce, and had backpacked her way through 9 countries in 5 months - solo!!!! Wow!
