Welcome to the Long Walks, Longer Talks Podcast, where we talk about a multitude of topics while we go on long walks, featuring Karl, Ely (or "Val") and Galileo (or "G")!
...except on this episode, we are not on a long walk, because your humble hosts have entered our "running era"! This episode is the first (of potentially many more) long run, longer rants edition, where we go on a long run at an easy, conversational pace.
On this episode, we catch up on what we've been up to since our last episode, while we rant about the weather, struggles with running, toxic social media culture, and a few random topics that we picked up while on our run.
This was recorded on a Saturday morning easy run in the East Belfast area, covering a total of 11 km along Templemore Avenue, Cregagh Road, Castlereagh Road, Beersbridge Road and Upper Newtownards Road in the Stormont area.
