Welcome to the Long Walks, Longer Talks Podcast, where we talk about a multitude of topics while we go on long walks, featuring Karl, Ely (or "Val") and Galileo (or "G")!
On our very first episode, we reflect on how OFWs (and people working away from their home towns in general) sometimes are told "Nagbago ka na" by their old friends when they meet again after some time away. We also cover the topic of maintaining friendships and the social media trend of "Pinoy baiting".
This was recorded on a Saturday morning walk from Belfast to Lisburn, along the Lagan Towpath, in Northern Ireland -- a walk of 23 kilometers which took us over 5 hours in total!
