College basketball is back! On today's episode I look back at some of Monday's biggest action on what was a marathon day of hoops.

I talk about the top ranked team in the nation Florida, and their impressive showing against Miami.

I go back over the double header of games from Las Vegas, and highlight a couple other games as well.

Today's episode marks the season debut of my Mid Major of the Week segment, and features a team that sprung perhaps the biggest upset during Monday's action.

Looking ahead, I preview a trio of games to watch later this week, including the NCAA Tournament Final rematch in Boston.

I also briefly rant, yet again, on the ongoing eligibility issues plauging the game. All that and more on the show today.

It's the final day before the season tips off in Italy. I run through my rankings of the top 25 teams in the country leading into the season. I compare my rankings to the AP version, and...there are a few disagreements.

Today's episode also marks the return of Sooner Saturday, and a brief preview of the first week of action for Oklahoma.

Some more eligibility discussion takes place (of course), and I preview a few of the biggest games in the crowded Monday night schedule. A double header in Las Vegas takes centre stage, and find out who I think will win each matchup.

All that and more on Hoops w/ JVZ!

On today's episode, no more team-by-team breakdowns. I do however run through each of the major conferences, and give predictions of who I think will win the league, and who the Player of the Year will be in each conference. Plenty of sleepers and dark horses for each category as well.

As the season approaches, regular features like Sooner Saturday and Mid Major of the Week will be returning in the coming weeks.
