Toronto’s Fridaee’s is a pop-fusion powerhouse, whose electrifying performances have taken her across Canada, the US, England, Barbados and Ghana., but she is also a recording artist. “I’m currently releasing a new single every two weeks throughout the year,” she says. The past decade Fridaee has been on a trajectory. In 2015, she opened for Donell Jones and SWV at Sound Academy, and the following year played Canadian Music Week. Her success continued to build with her selection to showcase at the 2016 Honey Jam and the opportunity to perform at Honey Jam Barbados.
