On August 10th, the host of the Fit and Healthy?/Healthy and Fit? podcast, Jason Digman, went for a bike ride. This was not a typical bike ride though. Jason started this ride in Gary, South Dakota at midnight with the intention of getting to Hager City, Wisconsin before the end of the day as a participant in the Day Across Minnesota (DAMn). Spoiler alert, Jason made it. He even had a good time.
