On this episode, Stewart and Rebecca are joined by Sean Whittaker from the World Bank Group to take a bit of a deep dive into a recent report from the World Bank Group and the ESMAP program. It is an update to an earlier, seminal piece of work for the offshore wind industry, titled Making Offshore Wind Work: Key factors for Successful Development of Offshore Wind in Emerging Markets... which is probably one of the longest titles of a seminal paper ever.
The team discuss everything offshore wind, but also take a brief stop to hear more about Sean's background building wind turbines in Madagascar!
