Upon entering the electric city of Neon, Youngblood has been sniffed out by his old Bard College mate, Noise, who reveals to him that since Youngblood’s — ahem — sudden and immediate departure, he has taken over the role of First Chair. There’s clearly some old beef between these two… would Roman get to find out? Well, I suppose he might get some answers… if they survive Noise’s challenge: A Battle of the Bards. It’s going down!!
