Dr Sonal Sanghavi who has been practicing general medicine for 38 years gives preference to herbal/ ayurvedic / natural forms of curing any ailments being aware of the side effects of few allopathic drugs.
She owns an aesthetic clinic also where she attends to skin/ hair related issues using herbal products and latest machines.
Dr Sonal loves travelling and has been an avid solo traveller for 4 years. She has traveled to offbeat places not only in India but also abroad. She has enjoyed meeting The Santaclaus in Lapland.
After publishing her first autobiographical book she is busy writing a biography of her close friend.
Apart from all these talents Dr Sonal is also blessed with the talent of cooking and baking. Being a doctor, she is able to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy food items efficiently.
