À propos de cette écoute
Meet Samuel Hodge. He is the Deputy Principal at Prince of Wales Island International School in Penang, Malaysia. Sam, and the POWIIS students, are well-known in Asia for their sustainability credentials and green initiatives. They have a very active eco committee, an amazing recycling facility, as well as water saving programs and solar panels. They've already won the Green Flag Award and they use the Tuu dashboard to track, visualise and communicate their sustainability data among students and stakeholders. Today, Sam shares the school's sustainability initiatives he's most proud of, some tips for setting up an eco committee, and he describes why sharing failures with students is just as important as celebrating the wins.
A podcast by Tuu showcasing the amazing innovations happening in schools right now by talking with educators, entrepreneurs and students about what they are doing to grow the sustainable environment around campus.
