    - Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) (3 rounds):

    - Round 1: 20 breaths with 10 seconds of Antarkumbak (breath retention)

    - Round 2: 30 breaths with 10 seconds of Antarkumbak (breath retention)

    - Round 3: 50 breaths with 10 seconds of Antarkumbak (breath retention)



    - Kapalbhati (skull shining) (3 rounds):

    - Each round consists of a specific number of breaths, followed by 20 seconds of Bahyakumbak (external breath retention)

    - Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing)

    - 5 inhale, 10 exhale

    - Bhramari (Humming bee)

    - 5 repetitions
