I mastered the art of pretending everything was okay when, in reality, it wasn't.

I no longer feel shame to admit this, but instead, I feel empowered to share my story. We all have a story, and my hope is that by sharing mine, you won't feel alone in yours.

Even though our circumstances may look different, our internal struggles may be similar. At the end of the day, we are all more similar than we are different. After all, we are all human.
