With over a decade of experience in founding, scaling, and exiting startups, Benjamin is a revenue-driven operator known for building high-performing teams and systems that drive growth. Prior to 3V, he led sales and strategy at Loop Global, where his go-to-market leadership resulted in the company’s highest-grossing quarter. He was also the founder and CEO of Worklete, an injury-prevention platform acquired by private equity, and has held leadership roles across fintech, SaaS, and sustainability-focused ventures.
