    No PDF's 🤔?

    I love the book and Dr. Amen's extensive research and the way he relays the science into actionable habits. However, there should be some PDF's attached (accessible through the listener's Audible account online, as many other audiobooks do) that SHOW, rather than say. Case in point, the 4 areas of your life where you're supposed to make a list of things that bring you joy. As a listener you don't really realize until he's making his own personal list (by way of example) that you should've written down the 4 categories so that you can create your own list. But there are other areas too where a PDF would've been helpful.

    Authors relentless self promotion ruined it for me

    sounds like helpful and good info but when he mentions the "Happy protein Shake" and 4 items are from his BrainMD brand.. then the author keeps promoting his website for test + brain scans ... this book kind of felt like an Ad for Other Daniels products....

    Great info but delivery could use some help

    I would say that this book was full of good information and makes you feel motivated and equipped to take control over your own happiness and brain health. There were some issues though, including that the reader was not my fave. He mispronounced several words (e.g. acai, jicama, etc.) which was a bit distracting. Also it was just an enormous amount of information condensed into one books. So at times it felt like health information (diet, supplements, lifestyle interventions) were being overwhelmingly regurgitated at me instead of feeling like there were tangible steps I could take. The seven secrets/questions were helpful though and I wish things had just been slightly better edited.

    too much information to be useful while listening. Author should simplify info. into basic easy to remember guidelines.

    You, Happier Yes I Am

    Dr. Amen and his seven secrets to happiness are just what I needed. In this book he says I am responsible for my own happiness and I owe it to my loved ones to be happy. I need to live my life with intention and a sense of purpose. If you need an injection of happiness in your life please read this book. It is very easy to listen to and the lessons and exercises throughout the book help you to remember the steps. It is helpful to know your brain type and how you can have the healthiest brain and body possible.

    Who knew!?!?

    Dr Amen opens your brain up to concepts & facts that are revolutionary yet have been truths throughout time. I am putting his advice into practice.

    A fantastic book

    A great book that I found to be developmental and maturative for a young man coming of age like myself. I found this book to be exciting and really relatable. I further highly recommend this book.

    It's a several hours long advertisement

    The book continously refers you to websites fo self assessments and then they get your email and spam you with ads for supplements.
