Next Story Please Mr. Cooley
Would you listen to The War of Stardeon again? Why?
I listened to it twice already. Very good story .
Who was your favorite character and why?
I would have to say Willy-yum. We get alittle more about him this time around. Plus he gets a sweet ax.
Which scene was your favorite?
Death claws hug.
Any additional comments?
This was a great story. It fills in some blanks from the first three stories. Engaging as always.
Can't wait for the next. Check it out.

Great series!
good storyline simple yet engaging! the author is evolving as the series moves on becoming a better story teller. I hope he continues to write and publish his books. I love the twist on magic the Bonding wizards and the animal spirit bonded weapons is a new idea that is a refreshing new twist for magic!! well done. I also appreciate that the books so far are appropriate for younger readers or listeners.

Action packed
I enjoyed the different characters within the book and the action scenes were well described. The series is quite addicting, the characters well described and the voice actor does an amazing job of keeping the characters voices separate.

Great fun book.
Not the most complex book I've listened to but still well written. The narrator is a little too monotone, he does some good voices but his speech is clipped and doesn't sound natural except when he's doing certain voices. If he was to fix that it would be incredible.

It got a little better...
Any additional comments?
Not sure if its because I have been listening/reading some poorer novels, or if the writing was better for this book, but it was an enjoyable listen. The characters are simple, the plot interesting, the pacing is nicely done between action and reflection. I actually didn't enjoy the other novels in the series to this point, but I did feel this book justified a bump in stars over the previous books. Lets hope the next one continues the improvement.

This series is the best I have ever read
It's almost impossible not to fall in love with these characters. The author is very active in his fan base to and will answer any question you have on fb. I have to say the worst part of these books though is the wait for the next one. I can sit there for hours listening to these books I highly recommend !!!!!

good
good, kept me interested, but started to drag, and the battle at the end seemed forced, as did the little bit of romance. I still enjoyed the read, and will be back for the next.

Great read. Refreshingly genuine.
These books are genuine. They aren't trying to be something they're not. They're self published and it shows, but I mean that in the best possible way. It's obvious the author had a vision of what he wanted these books to be and for once we get to read those books. Instead of the ones we so often get, where you can sense there was an editor hovering over-shoulder muttering. "It needs to be darker! You need to make it more gritty, more realistic. Because that's what readers want from fantasy these days, realism and grit!" It seems like these days every aspiring fantasy author or their publishers feel like they have to make their books dark and gritty or they won't be taken seriously. While I enjoy that as much as the next person, it's so refreshing to find a series that isn't so packed full of grit, its like walking through damn sandstorm.
Don't get me wrong these are not some watered down kids books either. There is dark stuff in them, it's just not shoved in your face, or dragged on and on and made center focus of the books.
It still has all the action and adventure. The characters both protagonists and antagonists are well written and enjoyable.
The readers are good as well, Andrew Tell must have listened to voices the James Foster did for the characters because they sound so much the same that by about and hour in, I didn't even notice anymore that it was a different reader.
