    Compelling ideas, wonderfully written, and outstanding voice acting performance for this audio book. Would absolutely recommend.

    A superb collection of very different stories that are linked by the exquisite signature of Ken Liu and some small nuggets of exhilarating callbacks between them. Ken Liu is not only a master at his craft, the way he placed the stories in this collection creates a universe in itself that shows us his magical creativity on some other plane.
    Where some stories, like The Literomancer, are better read than listened to, I thoroughly enjoy going back an forth between my kindle and audible version of the book. The voice acting of the female reader is outstanding, as is de mail actor, even if his intonation (or timbre?) felt like listening to John Malkovich in some odd way. But maybe that's just me...
    Strongly recommended !
